Registration
1) Registration and payment are to be made online.
2) The fees will automatically change at 00:00 of 24 August 2024 (German time) and 00:00 of 1 October 2024 (German time).
3) All fees are in US Dollars.
4) Additional German VAT (19%) will apply to your payment. For example, if your registration fee is $500, your total payment will be $595.

1) ACM SUI 2024 attendees are provided a 50$ discount in the registration for the co-located ACM VRST 2024. After registering, you will be provided with a discount code which you will need to enter in the registration form for VRST or vice versa.
2) At least one author must register by the Early Bird deadline August 23rd (German time) for each accepted submission. Submissions without registered author(s) will be withdrawn from the proceedings and the technical program
3) The standard ACM refund policy applies.
4) If you require a Visa Support Letter, ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees. For visa support letters, please send your requests to supportletters@acm.org. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Your current postal mailing address
- Name of conference and registration confirmation number
- If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the “sole author” or a “co-author”
- Authors may indicate their paper title. If no paper, speakers can provide the title of their presentation
