1) Registration and payment are to be made online
2) The fees will automatically change at 00:00 of 11 September 2023 (Sydney time)
3) All fees are in US Dollars
4) Additional Australian VAT (10%) will apply to your payment. For example, if your registration fee is $700, your total payment will be USD$770

1) At least one author must register by the Early Bird deadline Sept 10 (Sydney time) for each accepted submission. Submissions without registered author(s) will be withdrawn from the proceedings and the technical program
2) Regardless the paper type (conference paper, workshop paper, poster paper or demo paper), only one accepted submission can be covered by a registration and each submission must have at least one full registration of a proper registration type. One exception is that if you are the person presenting two posters/demos, you may register once, but please send a note to the poster/demo chairs.
3) Registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation
4) If you require a Visa Support Letter, ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees. For visa support letters, please send your requests to supportletters@acm.org . Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Your current postal mailing address
- Name of conference and registration confirmation number
- If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the “sole author” or a “co-author”
- Authors may indicate their paper title. If no paper, speakers can provide the title of their presentation
